Bravissimo! 1 consists of eight units, each of which is divided into seven sections:
First Contact: to get in touch and observe;
Texts and Contexts: to familiarize and interact with peers;
Discovering the language: to observe, discover and understand;
Something more: to deepen and expand their knowledge;
Resources and a little training: to systematize their resources;
In action ... and comprehension: to test their knowledge and carry out a project with classmates;
Beyond the language: to learn and discover the Italian culture and compare it with their own.
Every two units contain two pages devoted to the official certification of level A1 of the European Framework , with examples of the various types of questions contained in these examinations.
Cultural sections allow you to have an authentic perception of current Italy. In "Feasts", traditions related to holidays like Christmas, New Year, Epiphany, Carnival and Easter are covered; in the "Tour of Italy" students take an imaginary journey through some of the regions of Italy (Valle d'Aosta, Piedmont, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, Lazio, Molise, Puglia, Sicily).
